For years, our family was in the business of protection—running a local roofing company where the Florida sun was our biggest challenge. We took pride in our work and our community, but after selling the business, we knew we wanted our next chapter to be about something a little different. We wanted to trade the toolbelts for something that made people smile.

We spent months looking for the right opportunity. We explored dozens of industries, looking for a business that felt "right." Then, we saw it: Frozen in Time Ice Cream was for sale.

The decision was instant. We thought, "Let’s do it!" We jumped in headfirst, trading the rooftops for a shop filled with small-batch homemade flavors and the smell of fresh waffle cones. But we didn't stop at the storefront. To truly serve our community, we decided to take the show on the road, launching the Frozen in Time Food Trailer to bring our favorite treats to weddings, festivals, and backyard parties across Citrus County.

Today, we are still a family-run business at heart. We’ve traded the shingles for scoops, and we couldn’t be happier. Whether you’re stopping by our shop in the Crystal River Shopping Center or catching us out at a local event, we’re here to help you slow down, chill out, and enjoy a treat that’s truly frozen in time.
